Returns and Claims –

Although we strive for a top notch service and a clear and faithful description of the items on sale and their condition, sometimes things do not go as expected. Other times, the buyer has ordered the wrong item.

Here is how we deal with these cases at

1. Returns due to product defects, or errors in the shipment:
If a given product is defective or erroneous, the buyer needs to communicate that (by means of an email sent to: in the course of the 48 hours following its reception in order to ask for the return of the product(s) and its substitution with a new one or a refund of the price paid.

2. The buyer has a period of thirty (30) days from reception of the order, to return it, previous communication (by means of email directed to:, for a refund of the price paid. The merchandise returned must be in the same condition it was when sent out. In this case a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.

Under no circumstances will there be a refund of the shipping costs paid.
